Anything that improves my baking …

I will fully admit baking is not a personal strength.

There may be a story about the time we found muffins I’d made in a muffin pan (the pan with the fancy snap-on and carry lid) months later – that is how scrumptious they were.

My baking is clearly forgettable, so I will buy anything that helps!

A few months ago, my friend shared these reusable baking cups, and I am so happy I ordered them.

Not only do I love them, but these are a fantastic price, too.

Order here:

I had some bananas that were overripe, so I used an easy and fast recipe and the baking cups.

– 3 large, ripe bananas, mashed

– 3/4 cup sugar

– 1 egg

– 1/3 cup melted butter

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1 teaspoon baking soda

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1 1/2 cups flour

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Perfection! Best banana muffins I have ever made!

Keep in mind that I may receive commissions when you click my links and make purchases; however, this does not impact my reviews and comparisons. I share links as an Amazon Associate, but these are real purchases. The small commissions received help to pay for this website.
