Preston ran a little poll on Instagram to see the percentage of people who still make a yearly resolution.
The results were roughly 50/50.
It was a few years ago when I decided to pick a quote to focus on for the upcoming year. A little bit like a resolution, but more so a focus point – something I found inspirational.
Here’s my choice for 2019:
If you don’t make a resolution, I challenge you to find a quote that speaks to you for your upcoming year and hang it somewhere for you to see.
