Everything is great if it’s in a Rae Dunn bowl, right?
Of course! So here’s a quick “stir fry” for you.
Sometimes, I don’t have the time (or the energy) to buy fresh, organic veggies to chop and cut for the stir fry.
When that happens, I like to buy the California Blend (frozen section).
Follow the directions to cook on the stove (I try to avoid using the microwave), and our gas stove is fast!
Cut up some chicken breast with my KitchenAid scissors and cook in a separate pan.
I use a random selection of whatever we have (sounds professional, right!) for the stir fry sauce.
(Yes – even add OJ – the orange juice is something my grandma taught me.)
Drain the veggies and add them in with the chicken (once cooked).
Add salt, pepper, garlic, etc.
Everyone had two helpings – including Blakely – so it’s a fast meal for the night and a win!
They really said, “More, please!”
(I rarely use exact measurements or the same ingredients, so I don’t have any measurements to share. Just a dash, splash, pinch … and taste test.)
Enjoy!
