Here’s an easy meal that will be popular with the whole family. I roughly doubled the recipe to feed 8 people.
I used 2 pounds of lean ground beef.
First, brown meat in pan. (Some people add onions, etc. I just used a little chicken broth, garlic powder, and salt.)
Next, I put the later of meat on the bottom of the 9″ by 13″ pan.
I added a layer of mushroom soup (2 cans) green beans (2 cans) and mild cheddar cheese (1 bag).
Finally, place the tater tops on top.
Bake on 375 for 35 – 40 minutes.
It was a big hit! (And so easy!)
