This is so EASY!

Great recipe when you have company or you know it’s going to be a crazy morning (like Christmas), and you want something easy for the kids.

I’m not great with recipes, because I always use what I have on hand and sometimes, it works out well … and others not so well.

Great news – this is hard to mess up.

I make this a little bit differently each time.

First, grease your pan with butter.

Next, melt a half of a stick of butter and then, add roughly a 1/2 cup of brown sugar. (This almost didn’t fill the bottom of the glass pan, so that’s why I’m suggesting to still grease with butter.)

You can rip your bread into pieces, but I just placed them in two rows.

Then, I used 8 eggs and a cup of milk, along with cinnamon and ginger. Whisked it and poured it over the top of the bread – as evenly as I could.

This morning, we put it in the oven on 350 F for roughly 35 minutes.

Add your syrup! That’s all!

(I have made this before, where you may add a mixture to sprinkle on top in the morning (flour, brown sugar, nutmeg, and even some fruit).

Easy! Let me know if you try it or make your own version!

(I missed the cooked version picture, because it went too fast.)
