I spent so much time obsessing about the pasty recipe (made them and cut up the extra fillings for another round), that I neglected to think about dinner for the rest of the week.

Tonight’s goal – Use what we have to make another round of spaghetti sauce.

It turned out great.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of Hunt’s Sauce (29 oz)

  • Organic mushrooms

Toss them in!

  • Broccoli (hiding veggies!)
  • Diced, frozen onions
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Minced Garlic
  • Carrots (chopped finely)
  • Salt (just a little)
  • It was a big hit with the family.
  • Don’t be afraid to use whatever you have on hand.
