Here’s a little preview of some of the moves for the cardio drumming playlist.
You never have to jump, squat, hit the floor, etc. You can always modify to make the class lower impact by staying (drumming) on the ball.
Yet, the opposite is true as well. You can jump, squat, hit the floor, etc. This would allow you to increase your intensity.
Everyone leaves with a fantastic workout.
As a bonus, we should have three instructors showing you a variety of moves as well for each song during the class.
