3 Ingredient Mac N Cheese

One of the littles ended up with a summer cold. Boo! Of course, that calls for some comfort food.

Since one is sick, there isn’t a lot of extra time to make anything too complicated.

I’m definitely not the first (or only) person to make 3 Ingredient Mac N Cheese, and it’s not something we have very often, but it’s on my list of easy recipes … just in case… and you need this, too.


  • Box of elbow noodles (1 lb.)
  • Velveeta Cheese (16 Oz.)
  • Milk (3/4 c.)
  • Optional: shredded cheese, butter, salt, pepper, etc.


  • 1. Make the elbow noodles as instructed.
  • 2. Cut up your Velveeta cheese into pieces.

    3. Place the milk and Velveeta cheese into a pan over low/medium heat and add the noodles back in (after draining). Stir until mixed well.

    4. Serve. Eat. Enjoy!

    (Add salt and pepper if you’d like.)
