Smoothies are easy to make, and they are delicious.
In fact, I rarely use a recipe to make one, so I’ll do my best to give you an estimate of what I put into tonight’s smoothie.
– 1 c. of almond milk
– 1 c. of ice
– 1 c. of blueberries (frozen)
– 1/2 carton of strawberries
– 1 banana
– 1 small yogurt (6 oz. – normally, I’d use vanilla, but we didn’t have any)
– 2 T. of honey (try to use local honey for health benefits)
Invest in a great blender and slowly add your ingredients (or try all of them at once – it really depends on the quality of your blender) until smooth.
